Rental charges

Rental charge is weekly (from Sunday to Sunday). From 2pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.

Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. The villa is available for a longer winter let. A good discount would be available not including electricity. Contact us for further information.

LATE BOOKING DISCOUNT: A discount of 15% (or 20% for parties of 4 or fewer people) on the above prices will be applied to any booking made 4-weeks or less before the arrival date, subject to availability.

Note: Special offer and Late booking discounts cannot be combined.
