The villa has 4 bedrooms, two double en-suite rooms with 5 ft beds, a twin en-suite bedroom and a further twin bedded room close to a family shower room.

There is a large sitting room with log burning fire for the cooler months which is linked to a formal dining area and a further covered outside eating area for summer use.

The study / TV room has a new Sony 40" flat screen television with sky satellite for viewing all UK free to air programmes and a smaller log burning stove makes this a cosy room out of season.

There is a new (2010) farmhouse style kitchen / diner with range cooker, American fridge freezer, new kitchen units, well stocked with equipment, crockery and glasses.

The large utility room which has fitted cupboards, cooker, washing machine, drier and large drinks fridge.

We have a maid who spends four hours twice a week at the house and the pool is cleaned once a week.
