The villa has 4 bedrooms – two double rooms with 5ft beds and two rooms with twin beds. There is a large sitting room with an open fire for the cooler months and a Sony CD/hi-fi system.

The study/TV room has a Sony TV and Sky Satellite for viewing all UK free-to-air programmes (BBC 1 + 2, ITV, & Channel 4). Also available is BBC World, CNN, some Eurosport and all radio channels. The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, cooker and microwave. There is also a utility room housing a washing machine, drier and drinks fridge.

Adelia the maid spends two four-hour periods at the house and the pool is cleaned once a week.
